What information do we hold and use?

  • We may also hold dietary information and disability requirements if necessary so we can meet your needs.
  • We may also hold information about any recent exposure to COVID-19.

Why do we hold this information?

  • We hold this information to ensure the health and safety of yourself and our staff.
  • We will hold dietary information if we are providing catering and you need us to meet your particular needs.
  • We will hold disability information if you need use to make adjustments to meet your particular needs.

Where did we get information about you?

In most cases the information we hold about you was given to us by you.

Information may be held at our offices.

First Actuarial does not transfer your information to any country outside the United Kingdom while processing it.

Who do we share information with?

Where we arrange parking, we may need to share limit information with the building operators.

How long do we keep your information?

Information will be kept for a maximum of 6 months. Some information related to health may be deleted earlier.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold in respect of you. You may make this request by contacting us.

If, at any point, you believe the information we hold on you is wrong, you can ask us to correct it.

In some circumstances, you may also have a right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information, to object to processing or to transfer or erase it. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we handle your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated.
